循環(huán)流化床鍋爐是被國(guó)際公認(rèn)的高效、低污染的清潔燃燒技術(shù)，是國(guó)家重點(diǎn)鼓勵(lì)和發(fā)展的環(huán)保節(jié)能項(xiàng)目。該鍋爐具有燃燒效率高，負(fù)荷調(diào)節(jié)范圍大，無(wú)需加裝脫硫、脫硝裝置即可實(shí)現(xiàn)90%脫硫率，滿(mǎn)足環(huán)保要求，以經(jīng)濟(jì)的方式解決大氣污染題目，而且煤種適應(yīng)性廣，排出的灰渣活性好，輕易實(shí)現(xiàn)綜合利用。目前國(guó)內(nèi)300MW等級(jí)循環(huán)流化床鍋爐消化引進(jìn)阿爾斯通技術(shù)，和常規(guī)煤粉鍋爐相比主要在燃燒系統(tǒng)方面存在差異其具有如下特點(diǎn)：

 

             通常鍋爐四角分別布置4個(gè)返料器和4個(gè)外置流化床，外置床中布置了中溫過(guò)熱器，低溫過(guò)熱器和高溫再熱器等鍋爐受熱面。

 

             鍋爐左右兩側(cè)配有風(fēng)道燃燒器，每側(cè)風(fēng)道燃燒器含有兩支油槍?zhuān)采献笥覂蓚?cè)各配有4支床上油槍。

 

             風(fēng)煙系統(tǒng)中一次風(fēng)作為主要流化風(fēng)，二次風(fēng)分上中下分級(jí)送風(fēng)助燃，多路流化風(fēng)對(duì)返料器、外置床等受熱室起到流化作用。

 

             風(fēng)煙系統(tǒng)中灰循環(huán)的公道建立是鍋爐穩(wěn)定燃燒的重要條件，也是控制床溫、再熱汽溫的基礎(chǔ)。
